We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. We offer the following warranty terms for our signs and graphics products:
a) Standard Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery or installation (whichever is later) against:
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature fading, peeling, or lifting (under normal usage)
b) Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, accidents, or external forces (e.g. weather, impact)
• Improper storage, handling, or installation (unless carried out by us)
• Normal wear and tear, fading due to UV exposure beyond reasonable expectations
• Cleaning with abrasive or chemical products
• Graphics applied to unsuitable or contaminated surfaces
c) Vehicle Graphics Specifics
Vehicle graphics are covered under the standard 12-month warranty, provided:
• The surface was cleaned and prepared correctly before installation
• The vehicle is washed by hand or with non-aggressive cleaning methods
• Jet washing is avoided on or near the edges of vinyl
d) Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
• Contact us at info@lgsdesign.co.uk within the warranty period
• Provide order details, photos of the issue, and a description of the fault
• We may request to inspect the product in person or via return (at our discretion)
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will:
• Repair or reprint the item, or
• Replace the faulty part, or
• Offer a partial or full refund (at our discretion)
e) Limit of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the affected item. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of business, vehicle downtime, installation delays).
